A quick and easy way to shape rolls:
1) Take a piece of dough and pinch two opposite ends together
2) Then pinch the other two sides together. Make sure the dough is sealed and sticking on the bottom and place on your pan!
The Windowpane Test
To test if you have kneaded your dough enough and the glutens are well-developed before rising, cut off a small section of dough and stretch it gently between two fingers. Hold the stretched piece of dough up to a light. If you are able to see light through the “window” your glutens are well-developed and ready to rise!
